Client Testimonials

  • “We’ve had a great experience with Rodak builders who built our new construction modern home with great thought, design and care. Even after closing the house, their team has been very responsive when we’ve had questions or small issues. It is rare to see builders deliver homes on time with quality - Rodak managed to strike that balance.”

    —Namrata Suri

  • “I sell homes for a living and love showing homes built by Rodak Builders for their well thought out and functional floor plans, as well as great attention to natural light. We chose a Rodak home for our own family, when it was nearly complete. The builder was patient in helping us swap/upgrade some light and plumbing fixtures, as well as upgrade our driveway for a very economical price. After sales support has been tremendous and we are ever grateful to Chrystian Rodak. Thank you.”

    —Dalia Tole

They were professional, reliable and truly cared about the details. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy builder.”

  • "Happy to own a Rodak built modern home. House is built with great imagination and commitment to quality. Lot of people ask me did I get something done or it was already built into the house."

    —Ashwath Bhat

  • "The team at Rodak Builders are professional, responsive, and honorable. I appreciated their care and attention in addressing my punch list items with the new home before closing, and almost a year later with touch-ups. I'm very happy in my new home."

    —Duane Sun

  • "We couldn’t be happier with the choice of Rodak Builders for our home. Their layout, finishing and features are a cut above any other builder we have seen in the area. We bought our house when it was halfway done, and they worked with us closely to customize per our choices and inputs. The home was finished on time despite rough weather. We love living in the house, and constantly get compliments from our friends for the layout and the finishing. We haven’t needed a lot of rework afterwords, but we’re assigned a dedicated project manager to take care of anything needed. Strongly endorse!"

    —Manas Phadnis

Chrystian leads a large operation, but his team is made up of true craftsmen, and the quality and attention to detail throughout our home really show. Chrystian went above and beyond to bring our vision to life, and he’s someone we relied on for guidance and honest advice at every step. Even after we moved in, his team has been responsive and thoughtful with any small updates or fixes. If you’re looking for a builder who genuinely cares about craftsmanship and stands behind their work, we highly recommend Rodak Builders."
